Recruitment Consultant

Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Wolverhampton (WV1 4JD). The role is to be based within our professional services recruitment team, focussing on professional services positions. It will be your responsibility to manage the full recruitment cycle, whilst working to create a positive candidate and client experience.This role is office based and our standard working hours are from 9.00am-5.30pm | Monday-Friday.Role OverviewYou will be working alongside our team of highly skilled recruitment professionals. Your role will involve but is not limited to:Searching job boards (CV-Library, Reed, Indeed, TotalJobs and LinkedIn) for candidates who meet client requirements.Arranging and attending client meetings, to discuss their staffing solutions.Posting Job Adverts to attract and engage with candidates actively looking for work.Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies.Understanding candidate career aspirations and building meaningful relationships.Carrying out competency-based interviews.Attending networking events to maximise opportunities.Bringing on new clients, nurturing and maintaining existing relationships.Candidate OverviewDue to the nature of the role a full driver’s licence is required.Previous face to face customer service experience is essential.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Ability to work toward both KPI and financial targets.Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.A positive mentality and can-do attitude.Working for PertempsLocation: 83 Darlington St, Wolverhampton, WV1 4JDCompetitive base salary + commission.32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing by one day each year.Share Incentive Scheme (SIS).16-week comprehensive training.The opportunity to become a qualified recruitment professional (MREC CertRP).Opportunity for career progression and development.Perkbox (High Street retailer and gym membership discounts)If this sounds like a role that would really excite you, apply now!If your application is successful, we will call you Monday to Friday between 9am-5:30pm so do look out for our call.
