We are looking for a motivated Engineering Shift Manager to join a well-established company. Overseeing a team of 6 you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineering shift manager looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.
Role Description:
- * The Shift Manager will ensure the effective and efficient maintenance and operation of the plant, machinery, and services
* To improve performance, maintain quality and keep the Engineering team motivated by minimising downtime and effectively utilise resources.
* To work as part of a team in this hands-on role, standing in for the Engineering Reliability Manager where required. - Overseeing a team of 6
