Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced TLO / RLO / CLO for a social housing provider in the Wolverhampton area.
This position is primarily office-based, with 95% of the work conducted in the office and the remainder involving onsite tenant interactions as needed.
Key responsibilities include liaising with tenants, scheduling surveyor visits, coordinating engineers, managing appointments, and handling follow-up paperwork and queries.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Candidates should have relevant experience in the field, with a competitive salary offered based on qualifications.

We are currently looking for an experience TLO / RLO / CLOto work for a social housing provider, based in the Wolverhampton area. This role is slightly different to your typical TLO role, as 95% of the role will be office based the rest will be onsite if needed dealing with the tenants.

The role will involve liaising with tenants, booking in surveyors to visit their properties, booking in the engineers and controlling the appointments and diary management, then any follow ups needed with paperwork and queries.

Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm
