A leading contractor is seeking a Roofer to join their refurbishment and maintenance team on a permanent basis.
Candidates must have a clear criminal record and be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
The position requires maintenance and refurbishment experience, as well as a clean driving license.
The Roofer will work on commercial buildings such as hospitals, schools, prisons, and pubs.
The salary for this role is £35,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.

I am currently looking for a Roofer to join a leading contractors refurbishment and maintenance team on a permanent basis.I am looking to speak to a Roofer who:

Has a clear criminal record - due to the buildings you will be maintaining, an enhanced DBS check will need to be taken on you by your new employer
Has maintenance and refurbishment experience
Has a clean driving license

The Roofer will be expected to:

Complete refurbs and maintenance on commercial buildings, such as Hospitals, Schools, Prisons and pubs

In return, the Roofer will receive:

A salary of £35k per year (negotiable on experience)
