PSR are working with a Tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor who are looking to add an Account Executive to their team.
The Account Executive is responsible for growing and managing a customer portfolio, with a focus on new business development and account management. The role involves driving innovation, investment, and customer satisfaction to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of customers to build strong relationships.
- Conduct proactive customer outreach.
- Process sales orders and prepare/track quotations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and source special products
- Identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to target customers with promotions and offers.
- Gather and share customer feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor competitors and share insights.
Essential experience as an Account Executive
- Proven experience in customer engagement and relationship management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM.
- Team-oriented mindset.
Desirable
- Experience in construction, distribution, or traffic management industries.
