Our client, a highly regarded and outstanding secondary school in Wolverhampton, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic History Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis starting after half-term. Your new role

  • Delivering engaging and informative history lessons to students in KS3- KS5
  • Creating stimulating learning environments to inspire a love of history
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress to inform teaching and learning
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the History curriculum
  • Part-time: working Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A degree in History or a related subject
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for history
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Experience teaching History at GCSE and A-Level
  • Proven track record of raising student attainment
  • Ability to differentiate teaching to cater for diverse learning needs
