About the Role: As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons to students aged 11-18. The role includes teaching across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, covering a variety of science disciplines. You'll be part of a supportive department with excellent resources, encouraging students to reach their full potential in the sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver outstanding lessons in line with the national curriculum for KS3-KS5.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support where needed.
  • Collaborate with the science department to ensure consistent and effective teaching practices.
  • Inspire and motivate students to develop a love for science and pursue STEM-related subjects.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Science at KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5 level.
