This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2, delivering interventions, covering lessons, and working closely with teachers to enhance learning experiences.This Ofsted-rated Good school prides itself on its inclusive and nurturing environment, where pupils are encouraged to thrive academically and socially. With a supportive leadership team and excellent resources, this is an ideal role for an experienced HLTA looking to make a meaningful impact.Job role:

Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and 2.
Delivering small-group and one-to-one interventions to boost pupil progress.
Covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to enhance learning outcomes.
Assisting with lesson planning and resource preparation.
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent.
Experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum.
Ability to deliver interventions and support pupils with a range of learning needs.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
