Your new schoolHays Education have partnered with a nurturing, community-based school in the WV10 area, where the staff are quick to build rapport with the pupils. The teaching staff are always pushing and challenging the pupils to be the best they can. This holistic school has just under 300 pupils with ages ranging from 3 - 11 years old. The school are looking for an experienced TA due to an increased number of pupils.

Your new roleIn your new role as a teaching assistant within the school, you may be supporting the KS1 or KS2 classes. This is a lovely all-inclusive primary school with pupils of a range of different abilities. You will need to be able to work in 1:1 or group work with students who may require additional support. As well as building rapport with pupils and other members of staff.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You must have a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
  • A positive and flexible attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to work collaboratively within a professional team
  • Experience working with children in an education setting
