Your new schoolHays Education have partnered with a vibrant, inclusive and community-based school in the WV10 area. The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant who can nuture and be proactive towards the progression of pupils. The school are looking for TA's who are happy to engage with pupils and communicate to with all pupils. This holistic school has just under 300 pupils with ages ranging from 3 - 11 years old. The school are looking for an experienced TA due to an increased number of pupils.
Your new role
- Creative, proactive and flexible in their approach
- Support the development of pupils - as well as giving them independence so they can learn themselves
- Inspire and motivate pupils - ensuring they fulfil their potential
What you'll need to succeed
- The ability to take a pupil-centred approach to learning
- Experience in a classroom setting within the last two years
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Have a flexible approach and a can-do attitude
