Key Skills & Experience Required:
βββββββ’βββββIndustry Experience: Proven experience in the Fire and Security Industry is essential.
βββββββ’βββββStandards Knowledge: Strong familiarity with British Standards (BS5839/PD6662:2017/BS8243).
βββββββ’βββββProject Management: Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience.
βββββββ’βββββAttention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with a commercial mindset.
βββββββ’βββββCustomer Focus: Outstanding customer service skills.
βββββββ’βββββTeamwork & Independence: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
βββββββ’βββββDocumentation: Ability to maintain accurate records and timely submission of paperwork.
βββββββ’βββββDriving Licence: Full UK driving license required.
βββββββ’βββββECS Card: Must hold a valid ECS card.
Additional Experience & Qualifications:
βββββββ’βββββTechnical Proficiency: Experience with fire alarm and security systems, including Intruder alarms (HKC, Pyronix, Honeywell Galaxy), CCTV (Analogue/IP), Access Control, Public Address Systems, and both Addressable and Conventional Fire Alarms.
βββββββ’βββββIP CCTV Systems: Experience with IP CCTV systems; familiarity with Hanwha systems preferred.
βββββββ’βββββStructured Cabling: Essential experience in structured cabling.
βββββββ’βββββPublic Announcement Systems: Prior experience preferred.
βββββββ’βββββBSth Edition Qualification: Preferred but not essential.
βββββββ’βββββSector Experience: Background in commercial, industrial, and rail sector security contracting.
βββββββ’βββββTechnical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
βββββββ’βββββIT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

βββββββ’βββββFinancial Oversight: Take ownership of project profitability and financial reporting.

βββββββ’βββββDocumentation: Complete contract documentation and ensure alignment with client specifications and timelines.
βββββββ’βββββStakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and customers.
βββββββ’βββββProcurement: Manage the procurement of materials, plant, and subcontractors as needed.
