Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding and fabrication to assemble HGV vehicle components
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials accurately
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings for material layout
- Execute stick welding for metal component assembly
- Perform basic mathematical calculations for precise measurements
- Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality standards
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and on time
Requirements:
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Strong stick welding skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate measurements
- Mechanical knowledge and experience with various materials
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
