About the Role
ABC Teachers is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant with solid SEND experience to support students in a highly regarded special needs school in Wolverhampton.
Your role will involve:
- Providing 1:1 support for students with additional needs in the classroom.
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment tailored to each student’s unique needs.
- Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering personalised activities and preparing materials.
This is a full-time, ongoing position starting as soon as possible, with opportunities for flexibility in other roles.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse situations and needs.
- Has previous experience in an SEND setting.
- Is passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact in their lives.
- Can provide suitable references and successfully pass a DBS check.
