Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in a care home setting
- Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and meal preparation
- Promote independence and wellbeing by encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of individuals
Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in a care home setting
- Valid manual handling certificate
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts, as well as evenings and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
- Be available to work across various sites across Wolverhampton
