Support Workers (Agency) - Mandatory Training Required

Believe and Sons Ltd is currently recruitingexperienced and compassionate Support Workersto join our agency team. We offer flexible shifts across supported living, residential care, and community-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred care and support to clients

• Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, mobility, meals, and emotional wellbeing

• Encourage independence and community participation

• Maintain detailed and accurate care records

• Work closely with other care professionals

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar care role

• Completedmandatory trainingwithin the last 12 months, including:

  • Moving and Handling

  • Basic Life Support / First Aid

  • Safeguarding Adults & Children

  • Infection Control

  • Health & Safety

  • Medication Awareness (preferred)

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)

• Right to work in the UK - sponsorship is not available
