Band 6 Qualified Social Worker - Adults Physical DisabilitiesWolverhamptonUp to £27 per hourSpencer Clarke Group are looking for a Band 6 Qualified Social Worker to join our client, you will be managing your own caseload of individuals over the age of 18 with physical disabilities and older people over the age of 65 with physical and/or mental health needs.You will need to be able to travel across the locality.Role Responsibilities:
- You will be completing care act assessments, support plans, and risk assessments when needed.
- Attend best interest meetings when needed, make best interest decisions and complete mental capacity assessments.
- Take lead on managing safety measures, answer safeguarding enquiries and manage protection planning
- Attend multi-disciplinary meetings
Essential Requirements:
- Professional social work qualification
- Experience of working with adults with complex needs
