We are happy to be partnering with a fantastic digital marketing agency in Wolverhampton that specialises in web development, E-commerce, and Magento. Our client believes in providing cost-effective solutions to enhance their clients web development while also supporting their digital marketing (PPC, SEO, and social media).

The Successful candidate will be responsible for Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and concerns and providing suitable solutions. You ideally will have experience with customer support or account management with magento.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide exceptional support via their ticket desk, addressing ongoing technical issues and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Deal with incoming support requests and manage tasks/projects with the development team
  • Ensure that a resolution is suitable and delivered within their service level agreements
  • Work closely with their development and marketing team to deliver top-notch support and solutions
  • Manage customer accounts, onboard new clients and generate monthly reports
  • Be able to troubleshoot issues, solution research and QA testing
  • Organise and attend meetings with clients (both in person and remotely) to provide updates and discuss new projects
