Lead Auditor – Business SystemsContractual Hours: 39 Hours per week 

Are you a seasoned Lead Auditor with expertise in Quality and Environmental Management Systems? We’re seeking a dedicated and proactive Lead Auditor – Business Systems to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and lead the development, maintenance, and improvement of business management systems across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the maintenance and development of quality and environmental management system documentation, ensuring accurate control and supervision of all amendments.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits (including Re-certification and Customer audits), ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
  • Collaborate across business units to drive continuous improvement in systems, quality, and environmental awareness.
  • Support the rollout of new business systems, providing training, awareness, support, and assessment to ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage quality and environmental system-related documentation, ensuring effective distribution and control.
Essential Requirements:
  • ISO9001/14001 Lead Auditor qualification is required.
  • HNC level qualification in a Quality-related discipline is essential.
  • Proven background in developing and maintaining quality business systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control plans, & Standardized work documents.
  • Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, and preferably TS/IATF16949.
