Are you someone from a Social Care background or even a new Graduate looking to secure experience in a Primary School or Secondary School in the area? Then we want to hear from you!Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a friendly, fun and enthusiastic TA / LSA who has experience working with SEND pupils either as part of small groups or on a one to one basis. We are currently working with a large school, who require SEN support for some of their most vulnerable children.The successful SEN TA / SEN LSA will need to be able to support pupils that may have challenging behaviour, specific learning difficulties or EHCP's. With support from other members of staff, activities will be set by the teacher, and you will support pupils with their progress and attainment.
