  • Establish strong working relationships with students' families and carers, providing regular updates on progress and wellbeing.

Person Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience of teaching students with Autism Spectrum Condition or special educational needs.
  • A deep understanding of ASC and how it affects learning and behaviour.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • A patient, empathetic approach to teaching, with a strong focus on the individual needs of each student.
