1-2-1 Behaviour Mentor required to deliver tailored support for a Key Stage 4 boy. This brilliant Alternative Provision is looking for a behaviour mentor to provide a make KS4 students with 1-2-1 behavioural support.  Do you have experience working with young people or challenging behaviours? Are you empathetic, resilient, kind, and caring? Do you enjoy breaking down academic and social barriers?This school is looking for a behaviour mentor to support this student, helping them to engage with education, and understand the impact that their actions have on others. This role requires a Behaviour Mentor with good classroom management and communication skills, to inspire this young person to engage with education. As a behaviour mentor you will be working on a 1-2-1 basis, providing classroom support, and delivering intervention sessions.  This role requires an individual with understands the reasons behind challenging behaviours and is committed to helping this young person get the most out of education. Job Role:
  • Supporting challenging behaviours on a 1-2-1 basis
  • Working as a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant
  • Acting as a positive role model for students
  • Delivering 1-2-1 intervention sessions focused on communication and behaviours
