What We're Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a strong passion for supporting children with SEN.
- Experience working with students with a range of special educational needs, or a strong desire to develop this experience.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- The ability to work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to deliver tailored support.
- A proactive approach to engaging students and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
