Are you a skilled Roofing & Insulation Surveyor with a knack for identifying opportunities and providing expert solutions? Do you have the technical know-how to assess roofs and insulation systems, combined with the confidence to engage clients and drive sales?
We’re looking for a Surveyor with Sales Savvy to join our growing team! This role blends technical surveying expertise with commercial awareness, offering fantastic earning potential and career progression.
The Role:- Conduct detailed roofing and insulation surveys for residential and commercial properties.
- Provide accurate reports, recommendations, and quotations for remedial and upgrade work.
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance and upselling additional services where appropriate.
- Work closely with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, building regulations, and best practices.
? Proven experience in roofing and/or insulation surveying (domestic or commercial).? Strong knowledge of roofing structures, insulation materials, and energy efficiency solutions.? Sales awareness - ability to spot opportunities and communicate value to clients.? Excellent report writing and communication skills.? Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
