Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Executive to join their team in Wolverhampton on a permanent basis.
The role involves developing customer enquiries into orders and providing technical sales support for safety products and access control systems.
Candidates should have experience in a similar role, particularly in inside sales or customer support, and must be comfortable discussing technical products in a B2B environment.
The position offers a salary dependent on experience, along with benefits such as 25 days holiday, bonus opportunities, and a pension contribution.
This full-time role consists of a 37.5-hour week with the option to work from home one day a week.

Develop customer enquiries into orders by understanding customer requirements.
Generate quotations and proposals
Provide technical sales support by recommending products and solutions
Raise quotes and orders and follow up customer orders
Work across multiple departments to meet customer requirements and resolving any customer concerns

Technical Sales ExecutiveEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Well-versed working within a similar role - inside sales/sales administration/customer support
Experience working with and/or discussing technical products
Accomplished working with customers from a business-to-business perspective (B2B)
Confident speaking to customers, to gather information and upsell.
