The Commissioning Home Manager will:
- Drive the occupancy of the home, recruit staffing team
- Ensure successful registration with CQC and maintain compliance.
- Build excellent relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in care quality and service delivery.
The Commissioning Manager will enjoy:
- Annual salary of £70,000 to £80,000.
