The day-to-day responsibilities include setting and operating Manual and CNC machines, machining exotic and hardened materials to tight tolerances, and conducting first-off inspections to ensure high-quality outputs. You will also maintain quality documentation, manage multiple machine processes, and adhere to strict aerospace industry standards.

This role would suit a skilled CNC/Manual Grinder with a background in machining within the aerospace industry, looking for a long-term position with excellent benefits, shift options (nights or rotating shifts), and the opportunity to work in a cutting-edge environment.

The Role:

Set and operate Manual and CNC machines.
Rotating three shift pattern/night shifts
Conduct first-off inspections, maintain quality documentation, and manage multiple processes.
Ensure adherence to strict aerospace industry standards.

Background in CNC/Manual Grinding or similar
Background in the aerospace industry
Commutable to Wolverhampton
