Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles to manufacturer standards.
- Ensure all work is completed within scheduled timescales while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Carry out vehicle health checks and accurately record findings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technical information and recalls from the manufacturer.
- Communicate effectively with the service team and customers regarding any additional work required.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Experience working within a Main Dealer or similar fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
- A valid UK driving license.
