Our Client, a thriving Company based in Wolverhampton,is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to work as part of a small team in a varied role.

Competitive starting salary around £30k, may be flexible depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Warehouse Operative will include: -

  • Daily warehouse operations including goods-in and goods out (pick, pack, despatch).
  • Inventory management, handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfilment.
  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
  • Manage imports from UK and overseas suppliers.

The ideal Senior Warehouse Operativecandidate will have: -

  • Previous experience in a senior warehouse role.
  • Experience working in a small team environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Fork lift truck licence (essential.)
  • Reach truck licence (desirable but not essential.)
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Non-smoker.
  • Excellent IT skills, with experience using warehouse management systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
  • Ability to use initiative.
  • Self-motivated, proactive nature.
