Coded Welder

Proactive Personnel Wolverhampton are currently looking for a coded Welder to join our client based in Wolverhampton The Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using various welding techniques.

Working hours are Mondya to Friday -07:30am - 4pm

Duties include:
- Assemble and fabricate metal structures and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools to weld and cut metal
- Perform MIG, TIG, and other types of welding based on project requirements mainly on stainless and pipe welding
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Inspect and test welded surfaces to discover flaws
- Maintain welding equipment in good condition

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in welding of pipe, TIGandstainless steel.

Skills
- Mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in basic maths for measurements and calculations
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Experience in welding techniques
- Competence in working with power tools
- Capability to fabricate components from sheet metal
