Role Overview – Maintenance Technician

Our leading client are on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team at their exciting manufacturing facility located in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will be involved in the repair and fault finding on a range of machinery used to produce bespoke hydraulic products. This will also require you to work on a double day shift basis.

Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Technician

  • Identifying and repairing of bespoke CNC machinery on the shopfloor.
  • Being involved in creating a high performance workshop with helping create maximum machine uptime, to improve and maintain production levels.
  • Working effectively in a team environment.
  • Conducting both planned and reactive maintenance tasks when required.

Key Experience & Qualifications – Maintenance Technician

  • Apprenticeship in an engineering related discipline or similar.
  • Previous experience working with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and electronic systems.
  • Capable of reading and working from engineering drawings.
  • 18th edition electrical qualification.

Candidates who are an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Technician or Mechanical Maintenance Technician will be suitable for this role.
