Aluminium Mig Welding

Rotating Shift (6-2, 2-10)

40 hours per week

Proactive Personnel are looking for Fabricator/Welders (Mig) to join our client in Wolverhampton. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to create high-quality products.

Responsibilities:


- Fabricate and assemble aluminium metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform welding tasks using mig and othertechniques
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and finish metal parts
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:


- Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role
- Strong knowledge of aluminiummetal fabrication techniques
- Overhead Crane experience would be beneficial
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in metal fabrication
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
- Strong problem-solving skills
