Role requirements:

  • Experience of driving a van

Role Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a team you will ensure that you meet customer service standards and reasonable expectations
  • Carry out a wide range of work dependent on demand, to a high standard and ensuring high levels of productivity at all times
  • To attend responsive repairs, diagnose faults and undertake remedial actions
  • Provide support and cover to other engineers and participate in the out of hours service provision duty rota
  • Liaise with dispatcher for appointments, access and work details as necessary; Liaise with customers to arrange access arrangements and to discuss works
