Are you a skilled Welder Fabricator looking for a long-term role with great progression opportunities?
We’re on the hunt for an experienced professional to join a busy workshop in Wolverhampton, working on high-quality fabrication projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welding and fabricating ferrous & non-ferrous metals
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Using MIG welding (TIG welding experience is a plus!)
- Operating hand and power tools for grinding and finishing
- Conducting quality checks to ensure precision and accuracy
- Assembling fabricated and machined components
What We’re Looking For:
- Time-served welder fabricator (apprenticeship preferred)
- Strong MIG welding experience (TIG is a bonus)
- Experience with manual machining (lathes, mills, drills) is advantageous
- Knowledge of mechanical fitting and assembly is desirable
- Must have a valid driving licence
- Willingness to work on customer sites for breakdowns/installs when needed
What’s On Offer:
- £32,000 - £34,000 per year, negotiable)
- Overtime paid at standard rate weekdays & 1.5x on Saturdays
- Friday early finish
