Our client, a well-respected Manufacturing Business based on the outskirts of Woodbridge are looking to recruit a Financial Controller.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Successfully operate as the primary contact for cost analysis and creation of the manufacturing budget and costing.
  • Be responsible for; Operational Reporting
  • Driving Cost reduction and Productivity initiatives, with responsibility to track and validate monthly cost saving
  • Build close working relationships with defined internal customers to ensure solid understanding of their business and their needs for financial support
  • Manage and deliver continuous improvement of processes

Skill & Experience Required:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent or a professionally qualified accountant (ideally CIMA)
  • The ability to operate successfully in a fast-moving manufacturing environment and able to demonstrate past experience
  • Highly numerate, ability to analyse financial data and provide appropriate commentary with excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Due to location, own transport is required
