MacKenzie King are excited to be recruiting an Assistant Accountant for an expanding international business, based in the Woodbridge area. As an Assistant Accountant, you will be take ownership of the transactional finances whilst supporting with the monthly management accounts. This role will suit a proactive, meticulous individual who thrives within a collaborative culture.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Updating the cashflow forecast
- Preparation and filing of VAT Returns
- Assisting in preparation of monthly management accounts
- Bank Reconciliations
- Ad hoc duties as requested by the CFO
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum AAT Level 3 Qualified
- Strong Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Effective communication skills
