MacKenzie King are recruiting a Bookkeeper for a well-known local business, based in Woodbridge, to take ownership of the accounting function. As a Bookkeeper you will have strong communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and have a good working knowledge of Sage 50.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales ledger
Purchase ledger
Credit control
Completion of accounts to trial balance
Nominal journals
Liaising with external auditors
Quarterly VAT returns
Collate payroll data
Communicate the company’s position to the Directors

Key Skills & Attributes:

AAT Qualified or Qualified by Experience
Experience on Sage 50
Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication skills
Experience in a similar role
