Delivery Driver (Part-time)

Position: Delivery Driver - Part TimeLocation: FramlinghamContract Type: Fixed Term (6 months)

Role Overview:As a vital member of the team, you will report directly to the Service Manager. Your primary responsibility will be the day-to-day delivery and collection of groundcare machinery that has been sold or serviced by the branch. In addition to this, you will assist in moving machinery for storage or repairs, all while ensuring that customers receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deliver parts and machinery to a diverse range of customers.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe vehicle for all deliveries.
  • Liaise effectively with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Positively promote the organisation's image and its products during all interactions.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Engage with customers both face-to-face and over the phone, providing friendly and professional service.

What We're Looking For:

  • A valid full driving licence is essential.
  • A team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Someone who can use their initiative and is self-motivated.
  • Experience with plant, groundcare, and agricultural machinery is a plus, but not required.
