What You'll Be Doing as the Head Chef:
- Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team to prepare and cook mouthwatering dishes.
- Take ownership of kitchen operations, including health & safety, stock management, ordering, and staff development.
- Deliver excellence in every dish, ensuring quality and consistency.
