This role offers a competitive salary with the added incentive of uncapped commission. We are open to considering candidates with previous sales or business development experience and those that are looking to start their career within a sales opportunity. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive outbound activities.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients, leading to successful sales closures.
  • Maintain a high level of outbound activity and resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Utilise electronic, telephone, and video call communication methods effectively.
  • Manage and update client information using CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or business development or worked within a phone-based customer service role .
  • A proactive and energetic approach with a focus on achieving goals and results.
  • Comfortable handling high levels of outbound activity and rejection.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in CRM systems, Outlook, and Excel preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
