Tennial Personnel are actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s expanding team at their rural Suffolk site in Earl Soham. This is a temporary-to-permanent position, with a permanent contract available following a successful 12-week probation period. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.Working hours are Monday to Friday, starting at 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the onboarding period. Standard hours will move to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM thereafter, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break included.The role will involve delivering excellent customer service, managing client relationships, processing orders, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing, and coordinating effectively with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service that reflects our client's brand values and contributes to long-term customer retention.From the start date through to the end of June, the successful candidate will provide support to an existing Customer Service Representative on a large, multi-job project. Following this period, you will begin to take ownership of your own portfolio of client accounts.Skills:Manage customer enquiries and communications efficiently, ensuring a professional and friendly approach Prepare precise quotes and negotiate pricing to secure business and drive growth Process customer orders using the client’s internal MIS system (training will be provided) Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations Demonstrate strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail Resolve issues effectively, maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, building rapport and ensuring satisfaction Qualifications:Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred Experience within the textiles, printing, or embroidery industries is beneficial but not required Basic computer skills are essential; training will be provided on in-house systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Commercial awareness and comfort in handling pricing and quotes A proactive willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Keywords:Customer Service Commerical Textiles
