On offer is the exciting opportunity to be the Personal Assistant of the Managing Director of a well-established manufacturing company that leads in the design, development, and supply of high-performance pumps and systems for industries such as oil and gas, marine, power generation, and chemical processing.In this varied role, you will be providing administrative and HR support, including managing payroll and assisting the MD with diary management, meetings, briefings, and taking minutes for quarterly and board meetings. Other duties include overseeing third-party partnerships, preparing employee contracts, supporting finance tasks like VAT reporting, managing IT support, and maintaining confidential records.
