We currently have the pleasure of recruiting on behalf of our prestigious manufacturing client who are based in Woodbridge who are currently seeking a Production Operative to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.

Our client operates on various shift patterns which can rotate every 2 weeks so flexibility is required shift patterns of 6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm and 10pm-6:30am. During busy periods, overtime may be needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take part in general production operative duties
  • Monitor production lines
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they are of high quality

Full training will be provided for the right candidate to ensure you are capable of managing the production process from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Experience in manufacturing processes and health and safety best practices
  • Basic knowledge of machine operations
  • Strong team-working abilities
  • Own transport is required
