Day-to-day of the role:

  • Ensure all quotation proposals adhere to brand standard guidelines and are visually appealing.
  • Develop and maintain templates for consistent use across the organisation.
  • Innovate and suggest new options or systems to enhance the visual appeal of marketing materials.
  • Attend tradeshows or networking events as required to represent the organisation and foster business relationships.
  • Measure and report on the return of positive quotes sent, ensuring all quotes are created within the allocated timeframe.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of branding and visual standards.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of representing the company ethos and standards with integrity.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and exceeding expectations.
  • Experience in attending tradeshows and networking events is advantageous.
