Tennial Personnel are seeking a skilled Heat Press Operative to join our client’s expanding team in Earl Soham. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with a successful 12-week probation period leading to a permanent position. You will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves accurately placing garments onto carousel plates, positioning DTF (Direct to Film) film, and ensuring the garments are heat pressed automatically. After pressing, you will remove the film backing, carefully take the garment off the plate, and then scan and pack it for dispatch.
