We are looking for an HR Coordinator to assist the Director of People in providing a high-quality HR service across the Company, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment process, advising managers, preparing recruitment materials, and managing advertising across platforms.
  • Handle the full recruitment cycle, including vetting, reference checks, and managing the induction of new staff.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company's Single Central Register and assist with spot checks.
  • Provide support during formal HR meetings, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring adherence to policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage HR systems (HR Pro, iSAMS), running reports and maintaining accurate staff data.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, assist with payroll queries, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
Other Duties:
  • Prioritise tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and engage in continuous professional development.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues and external networks.
