- Lead the recruitment process, advising managers, preparing recruitment materials, and managing advertising across platforms.
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, including vetting, reference checks, and managing the induction of new staff.
- Ensure compliance with the Company's Single Central Register and assist with spot checks.
- Provide support during formal HR meetings, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring adherence to policies and legal requirements.
- Manage HR systems (HR Pro, iSAMS), running reports and maintaining accurate staff data.
- Collaborate with colleagues, assist with payroll queries, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
