Tennial Personnel is seeking a motivated and skilled Landscaper to join our client, a well-established nursery and arboretum in Campsea Ashe, Suffolk. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting outdoor projects in the stunning Suffolk countryside. The position is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some weekend availability required. Key Responsibilities:

Work with plants of all sizes, including large containerised trees up to 1,000 litres.

Assist in the design and construction of water features, enhancing landscapes with natural beauty.

Support the maintenance and development of woodlands, contributing to biodiversity and ecological preservation.

Construct and shape outdoor space with care and precision, using specialised techniques and equipment.

Skills Required

Passion for nature and working outdoors

Previous experience within Construction, Landscaping or Agriculture

Familiarity with machinery equipment is highly desirable

Must be professional, approachable and able to communicate effectively

Willigness to collaborate and assist colleagues flexibly is vital
