About the Role
As Planning Manager, you will take responsibility for production planning, aligning forecasting with customer demands to ensure efficiency and excellence in operations. You will report directly to the Plant Manager and will require your own transport to the site, where parking is provided.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop production plans to exceed customer service objectives and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the availability of bulk cable and components at subcontracting/termination houses.
- Oversee planning, communication, and delivery processes for terminated cables.
- Manage intercompany order planning and shipments to the USA plant.
- Address exceptions in cases of capacity challenges or low inventory levels.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a high-mix manufacturing setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in SAP ERP, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualifications: IoSCM qualification in Production Planning and Control or a related field (preferred).
