Do you thrive in a busy office and consider managing multiple tasks an exciting challenge? Are you exceptionally organised and conscientious?
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and capable candidate to join their busy rentals division and be the first point of contact for the team.
The role:
- Answer calls and distribute messages accurately
- Register tenants on company software system
- Arrange viewings - coordinating staff, client and prospective tenant diaries
- Liaise with prospective tenants in all matters relating to their application
- Prepare lease documentation and arrange holding deposit
- Liaise with tenants regarding maintenance problems
Once you are settled and have gained experience on how the team works your responsibilities will increase, and you will handle all associated documentation relating to tenancy agreements and liaise with utility companies to ensure they are kept up to date with accurate tenant details.
If you are motivated and can demonstrate excellent communication and self-management skills, our client will want to hear from you. This role is based full time in the office, and you will be required to work every third Saturday morning.
