Join our residential adventure camps where we create life-affirming experiences in the great outdoors. As a Catering Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in keeping our guests and colleagues fuelled and ready for adventure.
Day-to-day of the role:- Lead a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining room is clean, inviting, and well-organised.
- Ensure the food served is tasty, appealing, and meets the dietary needs of our guests.
- Maintain excellent food safety standards and handle complex dietary and allergen requirements confidently.
- Engage with guests to ensure they are happy and well looked after during their meals.
- Report directly to the Front of House Manager and collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Minimum of three months experience in a catering role.
- Level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety.
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with guests and colleagues.
- Leadership skills to inspire and manage a team.
- Experience working with young people and supervising a team is advantageous but not essential.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.38 per hour
