Join our residential adventure camps where we create life-affirming experiences in the great outdoors. As a Catering Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in keeping our guests and colleagues fuelled and ready for adventure. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining room is clean, inviting, and well-organised.
  • Ensure the food served is tasty, appealing, and meets the dietary needs of our guests.
  • Maintain excellent food safety standards and handle complex dietary and allergen requirements confidently.
  • Engage with guests to ensure they are happy and well looked after during their meals.
  • Report directly to the Front of House Manager and collaborate effectively with other team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three months experience in a catering role.
  • Level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with guests and colleagues.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and manage a team.
  • Experience working with young people and supervising a team is advantageous but not essential.
