Tennial Personnel are seeking a proactive and organised Garment Preparation / Embroidery Support Operative to join our client’s expanding team in Earl Soham. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with a successful 12-week probation period leading to a permanent position. You will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.This role involves liaising between the embroidery department and the goods-in/warehouse team to ensure orders are prepared and ready for embroidery in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include assisting embroidery operatives with hooping (preparing garments for embroidery), packing, and performing general housekeeping duties.
